  • Dan just left his doctor's office--in there for his routine semi-annual checkup. While he was there, he asked when the H1N1 vaccine would be available. The doctor told him that he wasn't sure but not to worry, that he didn't need the vaccination anyway because he's not "high risk."

    This is a surprising developement considering that doctor has hounded Dan to get his flu shot every year since we've been married that I know for certain, because he doesn't have a spleen to assist in fighting infections. So... the fact that he doesn't need the vaccine now is good news.

    Right?
