• As predicted, it poured buckets all day, yesterday. It was also great nappin' weather as Dan was rained-out of work in the afternoon, and we both fell asleep in our chairs watching Street Signs on CNBC--woke up by the closing bell on Wall Street at 4.
  
  BTW, have you ever noticed that you seem to have really wacky, vivid dreams when you fall asleep in the middle of the day? What's with that, anyway?
  
  This morning the wind is still absolutely howling. In fact, they were escorting high-profile vehicles on the bridge all day, yesterday, and probably still are today. The waves on the Straits were massive, and I'm reminded of "the bones to be chewed when the gales of November blow early...."
